I'll stamp all over 'credible boxer' Jake Paul - Joshua

Anthony Joshua and Jake Paul face-off

Anthony Joshua prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight round match which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.

Briton Anthony Joshua declared he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "overpower" the American as the pair confronted each other to build hype for the upcoming bout.

Ex two time world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua meets YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami's venue on December 19th.

Fighter's Mentality

"I plan to break his face and break his body up. I'm here to prove I'm superior," Joshua, 35, stated.

"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.

"I'm going to seriously aim to cause him pain. That's my goal."

Respectful Interaction

In spite of those words, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically known for his dramatics - exchanged pleasantries and kept it respectful with each other.

Jake Paul rather targeted ex Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "not serious" after Ngannou rejected a fight offer.

Targeting Fury

Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, took aim at UK opponent Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a Paul victory.

"Jake Paul outshines Tyson Fury - he's present here," the boxer commented.

"I respect him for that."

Legitimate Fighter

Despite declaring he will damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua refused to speak negatively about his opponent's pugilistic talent.

"Jake is a legitimate boxer," he stated.

Paul's History

Jake Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mostly fought mixed martial artists or faded names since becoming pro.

He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in last year.

Financial Success

Nevertheless, the inexperienced fighter remains one of boxing's biggest commercial attractions, frequently receiving huge earnings.

Prediction and Belief

The 28-year-old predicted a knockout win in rounds four or five and asserted he would stop the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is allegedly in the works for two years from now.

"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul declared.

Size Disparity

As the two fighters engaged in the customary stare-down, with their height and weight contrast evident, it drove home just how surprising this whole event is - and how astonishing it is that the fight is truly going ahead.
